About Domingo Vega
 
Domingo Vega, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he engaged in studies at the University of Puerto Rico leading to his graduation and receiving a Baccalaureate degree from the School of Humanities. Domingo majored in fine arts and minored in history. Immediately after graduating college Domingo started his design career as a retail store planner and designer for a chain of family owned department stores in Puerto Rico.

He then expanded his creative horizons moving to California where he worked under an internationally well known designer. He later moved to Maryland where he attended the Graduate School of Architecture at Morgan State University. In Maryland he fine tuned his talent working for a local leading corporate design firm. Soon after, Domingo independently executed the interior design for the Governor’s mansion in Annapolis, Maryland.

On the pursuit for knowledge and further career expansion, Domingo moved to Florida where he practiced as a designer working for a prominent hospitality design firms and executed design projects in the Middle East, Far east, Caribbean, Central America and South America. Domingo was an Interior Project Designer for nearly a decade in the cruise ship industry primarily designing for the top three cruise lines worldwide.
